1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Kuhukoo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

Kuhukoo is a social media scheduling tool. You connect your accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and/or YouTube via OAuth. We publish content on your schedule to the platforms you've connected. We are an independent service, not affiliated with Meta, TikTok, or Google.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older to use Kuhukoo. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and billing

Kuhukoo is currently in private beta. During beta, access is provided free of charge to invited users. Post-launch pricing and billing terms will be published at kuhukoo.com at least 30 days before general availability. Continued use after that date implies acceptance of the published terms.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you publish through Kuhukoo. By using the service, you grant Kuhukoo a limited, non-exclusive licence to store your content, transmit it to the platforms you've connected, and process it for the purpose of publishing on your behalf. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

7. Third-party platforms

Kuhukoo connects to platforms operated by Meta, ByteDance, and Google. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for platform outages, algorithm changes, content moderation decisions, or account restrictions imposed by those platforms.

8. Termination

You can terminate your account any time from your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity, with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that content will publish successfully, that platforms will remain accessible, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Kuhukoo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Kuhukoo against claims arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab. If you're a consumer in the EU or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, those protections also apply to you.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to you 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
