Cancellation Policy

1. How to cancel
You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. The cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing; you don't need to contact support.
2. What happens after you cancel
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period (the month or year you've already paid for).
- No auto-renewal. Your subscription will not be charged again.
- Data retention. Your workspace data (posts, media, connections, drafts) is retained for 90 days after your access ends. During this window you can reactivate without losing anything.
- After the 90-day window, workspace data is permanently deleted. See Data Deletion for details or to request an immediate purge.
3. No cancellation fees
There are no cancellation fees, penalties, or exit charges. You pay for what you've used, and nothing more.
4. Reactivation
If you decide to come back within the 90-day retention window, you can log in and resubscribe without losing any of your workspace data — posts, media, and platform connections will be exactly as you left them.
