Refund Policy

Kuhukoo is a SaaS subscription product operated by Taaj Labs, a brand of Taaj Singh OPC Private Limited (India). Refunds are handled as follows:
1. Annual plans
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first annual payment. If Kuhukoo isn't the right fit within 7 days, email us and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing year.
2. Monthly plans
If you cancel within the first 3 days of a monthly billing cycle, we issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of that cycle. After the 3-day window, monthly plans are non-refundable for the current billing month, though you can cancel to prevent renewal.
3. Failed payments
If a subscription charge fails, you are not billed and no refund is required. You'll get an email prompting you to update your payment method; access continues under a short grace period.
4. Partial-month usage
Partial-month usage is not refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the paid period; no pro-rated refund is issued for days you didn't use.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@kuhukoo.com from the email address on your account. Include:
- Your account email
- The order or invoice number (from your billing history)
- Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
6. Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original source of payment. Banks and card networks may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
